“MELENTUR BULUH” is Azpirasi’s 2nd edition of Azpirasi’s Young Choreographer Showcase in 2015.

“Melentur buluh” is quoted from a Malay language adage, “Melentur buluh biarlah daripada rebungnya” which is symbolic of a need to develop a child’s good moral values and character habits from young. This is highly representative of our Asian values in our society.

In Azpirasi’s concept of “Melentur Buluh”, we relate it to our strong belief of a passionate artiste having to consistently develop their technique, stamina, skills and self-exploration in their artistic journey.
